You'd rather have the oppporuntity to be a hero by fixing something that's already broken than to have to follow a super-star and possibly be blamed for any decline in results. We know you'll be AWESOME at your new responsibilities and like every other job you've had since joining the Navy, you'll figure out how to do it better and faster than ever before.
